We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in digital advertising, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Media Strategy
Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and native platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, InShorts, and mCanvas.
Evaluate paid media plans, assess strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
Proactively identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
Track ongoing campaigns across channels, identify issues or inefficiencies, and implement data-backed optimizations.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, reach, impressions) to generate insights and guide strategic decisions.
Ensure high-quality campaign execution by reviewing creatives and coordinating on required changes.
3. Operations & Stakeholder Management
Manage day-to-day campaign operations including raising briefs, coordinating with agencies and partners, and tracking deliverables.
Work closely with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaign plans.
Maintain timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables, creatives, tracking links, and approvals are completed on schedule.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Interpret performance dashboards and prepare clear, insightful reports highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
Provide data-driven insights to support business growth and campaign decision-making.
