Assistant Manager - Digital - Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC)
As the Assistant Manager - Social Listening and Channel Management Specialist, you will contribute to growing EY GDS's global employer brand on digital media through impactful strategies combined with data and insights, robust media plans, build a strong advocate network, and guide in the development of creating compelling content.
This role will be pivotal in managing social media channels, driving performance insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, fluent in social media tools, and skilled at translating data into actionable insights. This role also involves working on projects along with global teams and their paid media agency partners to measure social media and campaign impact and translate them into timely reports as required.
Your key responsibilities
You will be primarily responsible for measuring the performance of EY GDS content in the online space. This role combines strategic oversight and hands-on execution across analytics, reporting, and channel operations. The individual is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards on social listening tools, tracking key performance indicators and generating segmented reports that determine social media and campaign performance
