The opportunity
Oversee and manage the end-to-end packing and dispatch process.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers, dealers, or other destinations.
Prepare and verify essential dispatch documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies, government regulations (like GST), and safety norms.
Oversee and manage finished goods inventory in the warehouse or dispatch yard.
Ensure proper storage of materials and finished products, including adhering to specific bin locations and batch numbers.
Analyze and optimize transportation costs by planning efficient routes and negotiating with freight vendors.
