We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Design Engineer (FEA)

to join our Equipment Division in Pune. The candidate should have a solid background in designing bulk material handling systems and conducting FEA analysis.

Responsibilities

:

Detailed Engineering for equipment like: Stacker Reclaimers (Bucket Wheel/Circular Type) Scrapper Reclaimers (Portal/Side Scrapper) Bridge Reclaimers, Ship Loaders/Unloaders, Wagon Tipplers FEA using Nastran/ANSYS 3D Modeling and Fabrication Drawings in SolidWorks GA Drawing, Stockpile Layout & BOM creation Basic engineering calculations for mechanical systems O&M Manual preparation Co-ordination with cross-functional teams (Electrical, C&I, Construction, Proposal)

Strong hands-on experience with FEA software (ANSYS/Nastran) SolidWorks proficiency Welding process knowledge & symbols Ability to work independently and in a team
