Designation: Sr. Engineer Design / Asst. Manager Design

Education: B. Tech / B.E.(Mechanical/Production)

Experience: 5+ years / 10 + years

Knowledge of mechanical structural design & related manufacturing processes

Hands on experience with creating new concept design using 3D CAD Solid Edge software. Ability to handle the complete project in 3D CAD modelling environments, hands on the large assembly Bill of material and Revision management of design/manufacturing drawings Knowledge of ECN/ECR process & drawing release in PLM (Teamcenter) Software. Ability to create design documentation & calculations. Basic Knowledge of Engineering Material Selection & Load Calculation. Basic Knowledge of Bought out components like Vacuum Pump, Blower, Jetting High Pressure Pump etc. Basic Knowledge of Drive System Design & Calculation of Propeller Shaft, PTO & Pulley. Basic Knowledge of Vehicle Hydraulic System, Electrical & Pneumatic Systems. Having design background, in the below fields is desirable
a) Suction Excavator, Vacuum Trucks, Fire/foam trucks

b) Liquid waste management products

c) Truck superstructures like load bodies, tippers etc.

d) Heavy machinery & Construction Equipment's.

Software Knowledge required: CAD Solid Edge, PLM - Teamcenter, ERP Oracle NetSuite.
