Job Description

We Are looking from Sheet Metal, Switchgear, Stamping and Automotive Industry.

5 to 10 Years with Proven experience on shopfloor preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry. For SSC min 10 years of experience.

Collaborate with customer, vendors and design professionals to understand new product specifications and functionalities.

Design and develop new press tools and molds for efficient and high-quality production of sheet metal parts.

Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models of tools and molds, ensuring dimensional accuracy and functionality.

Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to optimize tool design for efficient production and minimize potential issues.

Perform tolerance analysis to ensure proper part fit and function.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing purpose

Analyze existing press tools and molds to identify potential areas for improvement or maintenance.

Troubleshoot issues related to tool wear, part defects, or production inefficiencies.

Design and develop modifications or repairs for existing tools and molds to improve performance or address production problems.

Collaborate with the tool room team to ensure accurate implementation of designed modifications.

Conduct research and analysis to identify new materials or manufacturing processes that could benefit tool performance.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise during the product development process.

Maintain clear and concise documentation of all tool designs and modifications.

May assist with prototyping activities and participate in pilot runs to ensure smooth production.

Excellent analytical skills and designing skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset

Knowledge of industry standards, and regulatory requirements Cad or other relevant system knowledge

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
