Key Responsibilities:

Manage coordination within medical services to deliver on service quality standards and monitor clinical and other established indicators to ensure ongoing quality assurance. Implement and adhere to SOPs in all clinical specialities, conducting regular medical audits on an ongoing basis. Strictly adhere to the organization's regulations and policies, especially infection control, patient safety, and JCI/ NABH. Ensure proper standard operative procedures are in place for the efficient care of patients (admission, care, and discharge). Support continuous quality improvement and participate in and contribute to all the service quality assurance activities. Monitor the continuity of patient care by ensuring that the duty roster is prepared and adhered to by medical officers, technicians, and paramedical staff directly and by nurses through the office of the Nursing Superintendent. Participate in and contribute to scheduled in-service training programs, such as ACLS, BLS, CNEs, CMEs, in-house activities, conferences, or other programs as requested. Coordinate with the Emergency team for all medico-legal cases received at the hospital.
