, ensuring detailed, constructible, and LOD-compliant models. Review models for accuracy, quality, and compliance with BIM standards, resolving design, coordination, or workflow issues. Coordinate with clients, cross-discipline teams, and engineers to address technical requirements, perform clash detection, and drive issue resolution. Mentor and guide junior modelers, support workflow planning with BIM Leads/Coordinators, ensuring constructability and enforce modeling standards and quality benchmarks. Support engineers with technical layouts and system calculations where required

Requirement

Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows, with experience implementing international BIM standards (LOD 300-500, BEP, IFC exports). Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination, with the ability to troubleshoot modeling issues and enforce quality control. Proficient in Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, ACC, and similar platforms, with experience creating BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards. Robust understanding of construction sequencing, documentation workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and project managers on BIM deliverables.

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

Experience

5+ years of professional BIM modeling experience Strong experience in developing and managing BIM models for large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects, delivering LOD 300-500 models across Architecture, Structure, or MEP disciplines.

Competencies

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with technical expertise, capable of leading BIM coordination meetings, maintaining high standards of project documentation and quality control and resolving multidisciplinary clashes. Effective client communication and high-level problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth project execution.
