Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing support, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment. Respond to employee questions related to compensation and benefits.
HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company.
Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs. Support employee development initiatives.
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate HR reports as needed.
Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment. Support employee recognition programs and communication efforts.
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations (including those specific to India) and ensure HR practices are in compliance. Assist with audits and legal requirements.
Health and Safety Support: Collaborate with the health and safety department to ensure a safe working environment and support related HR aspects of safety programs.
HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as organizational development, process improvement, and employee surveys.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify trends for improvement.
