About the Role



We are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional to join our team as an

Assistant / Deputy Manager - Franchisee Sales

. This role is responsible for

franchisee/channel sales, agency sales, and business development

, ensuring the expansion and operational success of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

franchisee/channel expansion

by identifying and onboarding new partners in rural & urban markets. Achieve target of

3-8 franchisee establishments per month

(non-nomination basis). Manage

end-to-end franchisee sales process

- from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Present

business proposals, demos, and pitches

to prospective franchisees. Ensure compliance with

logistics, warehousing, and operational processes

. Collaborate cross-functionally with

Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance

. Monitor and optimize financial objectives, operational expenses, and market intelligence. Safeguard franchisee operations and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols. Support channel partners with training, branding, and operational support.

Skills & Experience



2-10 years of experience in

franchisee sales, channel sales, agency sales, or business development

. Strong background in

direct on-field sales

; experience in

Logistics/Supply Chain/Medical Devices

preferred. Knowledge of

SAP order-to-cash process

is an advantage. Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities

. Bachelor's degree (any stream); Master's in Marketing/Finance preferred.
