I. JOB DETAILS

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Business Analyst) - Sales & Marketing

II. JOB PURPOSE
To efficiently manage all data collation & simulations for data analytics and preparing key insights from the data.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

• Track and monitor key operational and financial data points.
• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports accurately and within timelines.
• Hands-on experience of advanced excel and Power BI.
• Proactively support channels with timely revenue reports and keep track of target vs achievements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare daily/monthly lead reports to analyze trends of different channels.
• Work closely with MIS teams from units and HO for effective data collection at central level.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Create and manage operational dashboards across business verticals.
• Support management with data requirements and data-driven insights.
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Increases productivity by developing automated daily/monthly reports.
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Project Deliveries. Healthcare experience will be preferred.
