Designation: Assistant Manager - Data Science

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager in Data Science candidate with 5-8 years of experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Build complex risk and financial models. Should possess analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels. Experience in developing credit risk models (PD, EAD, LGD) and working on model implementation is a plus. A track record of navigating complex business issues and aligning diverse perspectives is highly valued.

Skills:

5-8 years of experience in Risk & Marketing or financial services, along with a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Proficiency with ML, Data science, Risk Analytics concepts.
Strong knowledge of statistical and quantitative techniques, and proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Python, SQL, and Excel is essential.
