Assistant Manager, Data Engineering!

In this

role, you

will lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics and business intelligence. You will collaborate across teams to ensure robust data governance, security, and continuous improvement in data processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze

and organize raw data

Build data systems and pipelines

Evaluate business needs and objectives

Interpret trends and patterns

Conduct complex data analysis and report on results

Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive

modeling

Build algorithms and prototypes

Combine raw information from different sources

Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability

Identify opportunities for data acquisition

Develop analytical tools and programs

Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

, IT, or a related field*

Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role

Strong expertise in data models, mining, and segmentation techniques

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python

Hands-on experience with SQL and database design

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Master's degree in Computer Science

or related discipline

Certifications in data engineering (e.g., IBM, Snowflake, Dataiku, Alteryx)

Experience with Azure Data Pipeline, Data Factory, IICS, or similar platforms
