In this role, you will

be responsible for

coding,

testing

and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn

new technologies

Apply a data analytics approach to solve business problems.

Utilize data to improve processes and risk management strategies.

Create and design data visualization and analysis tools.

Get involved in the business automation initiatives.

Develop data driven insights.

Partner and collaborate with across departments with key stakeholders.

Qualifications we

seek

in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or domain-specific area). Preferred -

BE/B Tech/M Tech

in Computer Science

Experience in Pharma/ Life Sciences/ Healthcare domain

Good SQL and Excel skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Technical Skills:

Proficiency

in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

, Dev OPs

Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Organizational Skills, Decision-Making, Mentorship

Machine Learning (Optional)

Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling

Strong SQL query-writing skills

Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills

Experience in data integration and data conversions

Experience with ETL tools

Experience with data visualization software (preferably Tableau)

Experience with Data Modeling tools (preferably Power Designer)

Basic familiarity with Collibra, which is used to

maintain

repository of Critical Data Elements
