Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

? Well Knowledge In Development of Process and Product for Sheet Metal-BIW Parts

? Expertise in Product development activities involving Component Development, Plant Engineering, Production Line Balancing Through Cycle time, Material Handling Planning & Approval, Line Lay outing, Development of new sources (Suppliers selection), Monitoring & Project Coordination and Procurement of materials from sources.

? Improve the existing supplier performance in quality, cost & delivery.

? Direct& Indirect material Planning

? Costing & Budgetting of Sheet Metal, Machined and Casting Components

? Negotiate with supplier for tool amortization

? Development of BOM Items (Sheet Metal, Castings & Machined Component.

? Develop the new supplier & negotiate for best possible prize.

? assigning and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of production and enhance operational efficiency.

? Managing Process Improvement Teams to drive deployment of Process improvements, Quality improvement using quality tools.

? Developing proto parts

? Vendor up-gradation thru Technical Assistance & Guidance

? Line Lay outing of New Project.

? Installation of new project in Plant with all activity.

? Increase Productivity with the help of tact time study.

? Making Standard Work Instruction of the process & control plan

? Knowledge of Teaching & Programming Robots and Hands-On Experience Robotic Spot Welding, Mig Welding, Projection Welding Weld Up Down Trials & Weld Parameter Finalization.

? Expertise in VAVE
