Research credible implementation agencies/NGOs
Conduct due diligence on the NGOs
Source proposals from these agencies and ensure proposals align with CSR regulations and company policies
Implement Approved Proposals
Detail an MoU or equivalent experience with the NGO
Acquire sign-off for the MoU
Coordinate disbursement of the approved amount
Acquire post-disbursement documents/receipts
Track various CSR projects and proposals
Provide inputs for quarterly Board CSR Committee presentation
Contribute to annual report disclosures on CSR
Stay informed about regulatory changes or developments
Coordinate volunteer opportunities
