Assistant Manager (CRM)
We are looking to hire a CRM with confident communication and people skills. CRM Manager is expected to possess superb organizational skills with the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilitie
Supervising & Ensuring Documentation and following of process in booking login in system and at developer
Timely submission of Branch Reports (sales report, Event Report, and other daily basis data reports required by Heads)
Supervising All Builder and project reconciliation
Project Empanelment
Coordination for booking login at builder and builder receiving for booking login branch and teams
KYC pendency working All Types for STS updating, NOC and Discount note , Debit Note Process
Branch MIS working from time to time as required by Branch Head
Branch MIS report
Supervising the Pre sales and after sales coordination by the back office/CRM team
Handling Client escalations
Active participation in new product launches
Hands on control on CRM softwares/ Knowledge of various ERP softwares
Emails
Taking care, the task post sales along with walk in customer.
Booking Login, Receipt Generation, BBA Making, Demand Generation, Payment Reminder and interest reminder. Execution of Agreement etc.
Dispatching documents to the customer and MIS maintain.
Collection Calling
Old and irritated customer handling, Escalation handling, Unit Shifting, Fund transfer & Ownership Transfer cases handling.
Total Experience Required
: 3 to 5 Years in Real Estate/Others
Salary
: As per Industry Norms/ Negotiable
