Responsibilities:
?Nurture and maintain profitable relationships with key customers, address their needs, and keep them informed about products and offers. ?Respond to and resolve customer complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. ?Automation tools like CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage workflows. ?Create and execute marketing and sales campaigns to increase customer loyalty, upsell, and cross-sell. ?Coordinate with sales teams to manage leads, convert prospects, and ensure a smooth customer journey from lead generation to order fulfillment. ?Integration with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). ?Manage customer loyalty programs, including strategy, integration, and generating campaigns for rewards. ?Analyzing customer journey across website, mobile app, and social media. ?Managing reviews and feedback on digital platforms. ?Act as a bridge between various teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT, supply chain) to ensure communication and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
?A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field ?Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ?Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools. ?Ability to plan customer journeys and segmentation. ?Proficiency with SalesForce, Microsoft Office and CRM software. ?Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and UX principles. ?Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
