5-8 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, with a significant focus on CRGO electrical steel.

Role & Responsibility
:
Quality Assurance & Control:
Manage the quality control process for all incoming CRGO material, including visual inspection, dimensional checks, and material property testing.
Ensure all CRGO materials and final products comply with customer specifications.
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for CRGO cutting, slitting, and core assembly processes.
Conduct regular audits of the production line to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Testing and Analysis:
Manage the CRGO testing laboratory, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained.
Analyze test results (e.g., specific core loss, magnetic properties, stacking factor) and generate detailed reports.
Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance CRGO material yield, reduce scrap, and improve overall product quality.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot quality-related issues.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Supplier & Customer Management:
Work closely with the procurement team to qualify and audit CRGO suppliers.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure consistent quality of incoming material.
Address customer complaints related to CRGO quality, conduct thorough investigations, and provide timely resolutions.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of CRGO materials, their properties, and applications in transformers.
Proficiency in various testing methods for CRGO (e.g., Epstein frame, single sheet tester).
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using quality management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of ERP System
