Provide insights on customer conversion journeys - Create waterfall to track drop-offs at every stage of credit card journey. . Responsible to create campaign segments using SQL to support digital marketing campaigns . Collaborate with channel owners to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements using data. . Track & evaluate performance of digital campaigns with insights and recommendations. . Will be responsible to develop all new MIS and automated the same using store procedures. . Create and develop automated MIS using SSIS and SSRS package. . Good understanding of Credit Card life cycle and digital channels. . Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive Credit Card campaigns . Analyze data and create insightful Reports to help team track and optimize digital campaigns. . Knowledge of Credit Card Pre-Acquisition Journey . Have great presentation skills to articulate analytic findings to Senior Management
Required Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications and Experience: . Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and SAS . Understanding of large and complex data sets. . Must have knowledge of Credit cards/EMI Card . Should have good communication and presentation skills
