the Role We

are seeking a

qualified CMA professional

with a strong background in

cost accounting, budgeting, and product costing

to join our finance team as an

Assistant Manager - Costing

. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of relevant experience

in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry, with strong analytical and reporting skills to support management in cost control and profitability analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

CMA Qualified

(Cost and Management Accountant) - Mandatory. Minimum

2 years of post-qualification experience

in costing or management accounting. Strong understanding of

standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation methods

. Hands-on experience in

ERP systems

(SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP preferred). Advanced

Excel

and

data analysis

skills. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in

manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG industry

. Exposure to

cost audits

and

budgetary control

processes.
