Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales to support the growth of B2B business through corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, event catering, and institutional sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or hospitality-based sales and the ability to build and manage strong corporate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, offices, and institutions for food orders, events, and catering services.

Support the Corporate Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Generate new leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and corporate presentations.

Coordinate with the kitchen, operations, and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality service to corporate clients.

Manage and grow key accounts by understanding client requirements and offering customized solutions.

Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.

Assist in planning corporate events, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.

Handle corporate billing, feedback, and post-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or related field. MBA preferred.

3-5 years of corporate/B2B sales experience in restaurant, catering, or food service sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales KPIs.

Good understanding of food delivery, catering processes, and customer service.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities:

Existing corporate client database is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client needs simultaneously.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
