Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales (Male)

7. :

? Drive corporate/B2B sales for recruitment and staffing services

? Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients

? Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads,

CXOs, and key decision-makers

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

? Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals

? Coordinate closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment

? Manage key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business

? Track sales pipeline, MIS, forecasts, and revenue reports

? Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiation

? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

8. Education:

Any Graduation with minimum 55% marks. 2 years PG

Degree/Diploma with specialization in Sales or Marketing.

9. Experience:

2 to 6 years of experience

10. Industry Preference:

Recruitment / Services / IT / Consulting

11. Knowledge & Skills:

? Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

? Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

? Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
