Directly manage and grow relationships with national and regional client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with distributors, brokers, or logistics partners for routing, pricing, and inventory efficiency.
Track sales volumes, revenue, margins, and territories. Use MIS data to forecast and optimize performance.
Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership and adjust strategies as markets evolve.
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, area managers, or account reps--driving performance and training initiatives.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and rebates with corporate buyers to secure favorable terms.
Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities and threats across customer segments.
Represent the brand at trade shows, client events, and strategic forums to build visibility and trust.
5-8 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, foodservice, or industrial bakery divisions
