We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving banquet and event business from corporate clients, managing relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate business from corporate clients for banquets, events, and conferences
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase banquet facilities
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales
Collaborate with banquet operations and event planning teams for smooth event execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
Participate in corporate networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Provide timely reports and updates to the Sales Manager
