Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating with billing team for early submission of credit bills.

  • Coordination with Front Office team for early submission of Bills and timely uploading Bills to ECHS UTI portal. o Scanning of documents
  • Coordinating with Accounts & Finance team for credit invoices.
  • Discussing and coordinating with consultants for query resolutions and submitting the same to respective TPA and ECHS
  • To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
Measurable :
To be able to train and productively lead a new team to meet established organizational standards.
  • Less than 1% error in billing and payment recovery.
  • Ensure dispatch and docketing of all the credit bills as per the stipulated TAT
