About the role

The Assistant Manager will oversee the administration and governance of the corporate credit card program on behalf of Global People Process (GPS). This role ensures seamless card issuance, policy compliance, transaction monitoring, and stakeholder support across multiple geographies.



The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with strategic insight to drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction. You will also get the opportunity to drive process improvements and establish new processes

Your responsibilities

Program Administrator - Corporate Credit Card




Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate credit cards, including issuance, maintenance, suspension, and closure of accounts.

Policy Compliance & Controls:



Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor transactions for anomalies and escalate as needed.

Stakeholder Management:



Act as the primary liaison between HR Shared Services, Finance, card providers, and employees. Address escalations and provide resolution support.

Reporting & Analytics

:

Generate and analyze program metrics (e.g., card usage, delinquency rates, policy violations). Present insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:



Identify and implement process enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Training & Communication:



Develop and deliver training materials, FAQs, and communications to cardholders and Business / COEs.

Audit & Risk Management

: Support internal and external audits. Maintain documentation and ensure timely


remediation of findings.

Experience in managing stakeholders across geographies Flexible working night shifts.

Compliance and Confidentiality



Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data and adhere to privacy laws, local legislation, and company policies. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data management guidelines.

Interdepartmental Collaboration



Work closely with HR and Finance to resolve any discrepancies in employee data. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data management.

4.

Process Improvement



Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Engage in HR system improvement projects or data migration activities.

5.

Query Management



Respond to data-related queries from employees and management in a timely and professional manner. Provide support and guidance on data management with the best practices.

The experience we're looking for

Minimum requirement - BBA (Finance) or B.Com (Accounts) GMS Certification 5-6 years of experience in corporate credit card administration, finance operations, or HR shared services Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good knowledge on platforms like Concur, Oracle, or SAP ServiceNow. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Experience with international card programs is a plus
