Contract Management & Administration
Draft, review, and support the negotiation of contracts in coordination with legal and project teams.
Ensure contract documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g. RERA, tax laws).
Maintain version control and organization of contractual documents in a centralized system.
Contribute to contract template development and standardization initiatives.
Monitor contractual obligations, flagging risks and deviations proactively.
Tendering & Vendor Onboarding
Assist in managing the end-to-end tendering process, from scope definition to bid evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and transparent selection criteria.
Support issuance of timely work requisitions and ensure contract execution aligns with project timelines.
Facilitate vendor pre-qualification and maintain a repository of approved vendors.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication.
Follow up on deliverables, approvals, and compliance obligations throughout the contract period.
Support commercial discussions and conflict resolution to enable smooth execution.
