Position: Assistant manager - Consumer Insights
Location: Bangalore India
Position Overview
Providing consumer insights to drive the business and understand the voice of the consumer from a marketing and business perspective. This position will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive consumer-centric strategies.
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Candidate should be able to understand research needs, design studies, and manage research suppliers to provide actionable research insights
\xc2\xb7 Analyse project results and provide written and/or oral reports of findings, conclusions and action-oriented recommendations.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and manage vendors and third parties to maximize learning and value from projects. This entails actively engaging and leveraging partner intellectual horsepower, providing feedback for continual improved performance, and negotiating of contracts.
Qualifications
- MBA (Marketing) with an experience of 4-6 years in consumer market research & analytics in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication: Verbal & written
- Good Presentation (power-point) & Analytical (excel) skills
\xc2\xb7 Exposure to qualitative and quantitative marketing research
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 4 years of Market Research/Insights experience is required, preferably within a leading FMCG or Reputable Research Supplier working on CPG projects
\xc2\xb7 Utilization of analytical tools & techniques
\xc2\xb7 Applying insights & analytics to achieve business objective
Skills And Competencies
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills; proficient in statistics, survey creation and analysis
\xc2\xb7 Exposure to qualitative research
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills (both written and oral)
\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead and manage multiple consumer research projects at a time
