Responsibilities


  • Maintain oversight of the AML/KYC developments in the NBFC/Banks/Payments related businesses to proactively manage the potential AML risk/KYC risk.
  • Creation of AML rules, closure of alerts, filing STRs, tracking FIU alerts etc.
  • Responsible for conducting Compliance Testing, Compliance reviews & assessment.
  • Well-versed with compliances with RBI regulations, PMLA and other applicable laws.
  • Drafting, reviewing, finalisation and implementation of various Policies, setting up processes to monitor compliances of NBFC.
  • Coordinating with RBI & other regulators for submission of filings, data & other requirements.
  • Engaging with all stakeholders to adhere Company policies and Regulatory guidelines.
  • Preparing documents to updates management on any regulatory changes impacting the company.
  • Ensuring Financials, Website and Notice board disclosures.


Job Requirement


  • Qualification - Commerce graduate, qualified CA/CS/Law graduate
  • Knowledge on Audits & Statutory compliances, Strong understanding of current regulations affecting NBFC/Payment companies
  • Effective communication skills as required to communicate with functional heads and other stakeholders.
  • Process focussed and laid down best standards of functioning. Deadline and Detailed oriented.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in NBFC/Payments compliance/Audit (preferably companies offering digital products)
