Manager - Competency Building and Employer Branding at our esteemed chemical Manufacturing multi locational Organization plays a vital role in nurturing our workforce's capabilities and boosting our reputation as an employer of choice in the industry. This pivotal position involves crafting and implementing robust competency development programs, identifying training needs, and strategically enhancing our employer brand. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with our organizational objectives, cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
Must-Have
Conceptualize, develop and implement internal certification programmers.
Actively contribute to the development and execution of competency-building programs.
Strengthen the organization's employer brand in the ecosystem.
Design, implement, and manage competency development initiatives for employees:
+ Technical
+ Safety
+ Soft Skills Identify and assess training needs across departments and levels.
Collaborate with business verticals and department heads to create tailored learning paths.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Craft compelling narratives for internal and external communication channels.
Drive initiatives to showcase the organization's values, culture, and opportunities.
Work closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and understanding the futuristic needs for competency building.
Liaise with department heads to understand specific competency requirements.
Establish KPIs for competency development and employer branding initiatives.
Regularly analyze and report on the impact and effectiveness of programs.
Ensure all competency-building programs adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Stay updated on trends and advancements in competency development and employer branding.
