Support the overall administration of key compensation cycles (salary increase, short-term and long-term incentive programs), working closely with the overall compensation team to ensure accurate data as well as assist with managing planning and communications to employees
Manage the set-up, delivery, and support of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s online integrated compensation planning tool.
Responsible for data coordination, management, auditing and reporting for compensation team including day to day data management as well as salary survey participation
Perform headcount & cost budgeting and cause of change analysis for financial planning and forecasting from long-terms to short-terms (LTI, AOP, Monthly Forecast, Actual reporting)
Provides support with data and analytics to respective stakeholders.
Work with global partners / compensation teams on all data asks.
Support on all Benefits Management (communication, program management, claims management)
Close partnership with TA, GHRO and HRBPS for smooth execution of compensation operations
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:
Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
Advanced Excel knowledge, Workday and any Analytical tool experience a plus
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Strong aptitude for research, analysis and data organization and management
Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments
Ability to work in a flexible, often ambiguous environment
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Post Graduate/Graduate in HR, A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 complete year in a functional capacity. Experience of working in high growth, disruptive industries
