Assistant Manager - Compensation and Benefits - 3+ Years - Mumbai
We are hiring for an experienced Compensation professional to join a dynamic HR team at a leading conglomerate. If you have 3+ years of experience in managing compensation operations, budgeting, analytics, and benchmarking, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to grow within a high-impact, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities - * Managing compensation operations and resolving stakeholder queries effectively.

• Assisting in budgeting exercises, including direct and indirect employee cost planning.
• Supporting compensation review cycles with analytics and benchmarking insights.
• Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on compensation interventions.
• Participating in compensation surveys and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Staying updated with labour laws and industry trends to support policy implementation.

Requirements - * MBA/PGDM in HR or Labour Laws with a graduation in any discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, C&B operations, or HR analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; proficiency in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with sound knowledge of statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
