Assist in convening Board and shareholders meetings Assist in managing the compliances w.r.t Corporate Laws including Companies Act, FEMA Assist in preparation of Annual report Assist in fund raising activities Assist in managing the requirements wr.t. Audits Assist in dealing with Depositories, RTA, & other intermediaries
