Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Good knowledge of CIVIL Engineering works Like conventional RCC Buildings, Bitumen / RCC Roads & Infra structure works.
- Able to read the drawings & execute the works on site
- Basic knowledge of engineering designs.
- Good knowledge of Steel structures, Pre-engineered building technical detailing & construction
- Good knowledge of Contouring, Quantity Survey & Cost Estimation
- Good knowledge of Civil & Bldg. maintenance.
- Good knowledge of utilizing level measurement instruments like Dumpy level, total station etc.
- Good knowledge of Fabrication.
- Good knowledge of Safety & Safe working practices, Safety trainings to Workmen\'s.
- Good knowledge of Project Management, Preparing & monitoring Schedules.
- Basic knowledge of Utilities & services like piping, Fabrication, Gantry works etc.
- Prepare / evaluate Tenders, Item Rates, drawings
- Manage deputations & Execution of project at various plants / Project sites.
- Knowledge for reading the drawings, suggest corrections, as built measurements, bill certification & documentation
- Follow & comply with Civil manual & Audit requirements
