Job Description

Job Objective:



To manage end-to-end operational and servicing activities for PMS and AIF clients, including regulatory reporting, data management, fund accounting, and account opening, while ensuring compliance with SEBI and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:



Facilitate

PMS and AIF account opening

, including documentation, KYC verification, and follow-ups Handle

SEBI regulatory data reporting

in a timely and accurate manner Manage

monthly data reporting

and reconciliation for PMS and AIF clients Maintain and track

invoices

related to PMS and AIF operations Support in

fund accounting

and NAV data coordination Manage

ISIN creation

, modification, and related compliance in coordination with depositories Act as a point of contact for

client servicing queries

related to operational activities Ensure timely escalation and resolution of discrepancies or regulatory issues

Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of PMS & AIF operations and regulatory framework Familiarity with SEBI and APMI compliance requirements Good understanding of

fund accounting

, ISIN lifecycle, and demat operations Proficient in

MS Excel

, reporting tools, and document management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields Minimum

2 years of experience

in PMS/AIF operations or client servicing Experience in working with asset management companies, custodians, or fund administrators preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
