Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager - Client Servicing (Events) to join our team in Mumbai. The role requires a combination of strategic client management, creative ideation, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing high-profile events and the ability to lead projects from brief to execution, ensuring client delight and delivering Maximus-level excellence at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
? Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
? Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and deliverables
Strategic Event Planning
? Collaborate with internal creative, content, and production teams to conceptualize event formats, themes, and agendas aligned with brand vision
? Provide proactive, strategic recommendations to clients that enhance event impact
Internal Coordination
? Liaise with operations, creative, logistics, and technical teams for seamless execution
? Ensure project alignment with client expectations across all stages
Project & Budget Management
? Own project timelines and financials, ensuring timely delivery within budget
? Maintain trackers, manage approvals, and oversee all client-related documentation
On-Ground Management
? Lead on-site execution of events ensuring smooth guest experience and operational excellence
? Act as the go-to lead for clients and vendors during live events
Pitching & Presentations
? Prepare and deliver event proposals, pitch decks, and post-event reports
? Contribute to new business development initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, hospitality, or related field
? 3-6 years of experience in client servicing, ideally within an events or marketing agency
? Strong understanding of event planning, brand communication, and experiential marketing
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
? Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
? Willingness to travel and work on-ground at events
