. The AM will own a portfolio of diverse clients, ranging from SMBs to global enterprises, building trusted, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
With a strong focus on growth, the AM will actively identify opportunities to
upsell and cross-sell Webenza's digital solutions
, while ensuring clients consistently achieve their business goals. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking and execution, as well as a proactive approach to client engagement.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver tailored solutions, resolve challenges with agility, and maximize client value ultimately fostering loyalty and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients with varied business needs, from high-growth startups to established global brands.
Lead onboarding of new clients: define success criteria, set review cadences, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Develop and implement relationship strategies that ensure clients derive maximum value from Webenza.
Act as a social media and digital strategist for clients--designing platform-specific strategies, identifying content opportunities, planning campaign calendars, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, collaborating with creative, media, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Partner closely with internal teams--sales, product, creative, client support, and solutions engineering--to deliver holistic solutions.
Serve as the voice of the client within Webenza, advocating for their needs and influencing success factors.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable insights, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, tools, and competitive insights to bring innovative recommendations to clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years in Account Management or a related role within a
digital agency, SaaS, or high-tech environment
.
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
Solid project management capabilities with proven multi-tasking ability.
