Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire claims process for clients, from reporting to settlement.
- Providing clients with expert advice and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and insurance companies to ensure prompt and accurate processing of claims.
- Submitting all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reviewing and analyzing claims with insurers, and resolving disputes.
- Keeping track of ongoing claims, providing updates to clients, and addressing any outstanding issues.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance companies.- Insurance companies claim process knowledge and Terms and conditions of the policy.- Knowledge on the Surveyor assessment and damage analysis.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent required, degree or professional qualification in insurance or business preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in claims handling, insurance broking, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate documentation.
- Strong customer service skills to manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.
