: Physicians reviewers - AM Overview: Physician with minimum 1 year of clinical experience and skillset, to review the clinical information/medical record and summarize relevant clinical information based on set of guidelines/criteria. Qualifications: MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates) MCI license - preferred, not mandatory Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory) Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT) Experience: Clinical experience: Minimum 1 year Auditing experience (Optional) Communication Skill: Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Working Hours: 40 hours per week as Full-time employee Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST Weekends Off Telecommuter/Internet requirements, if applicable: High Speed internet connection at home, must be broadband Must understand and adhere with telecommuter policy Skills and abilities: Strong personal and professional ethics Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills Must have a strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders Maintenance and updating reports as required Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required Work independently and as a team Liaison with the program/project manager as required Good team player & collaborative in approach Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs
