Skilled and motivated .NET and SQL Application Support professional to join our Production Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining .NET-based applications and SQL databases in a production environment. You will work closely with development teams, end-users to ensure the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications
Application Support
Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications in a production environment. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools. Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new releases.
SQL Database Management:
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and availability. Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions as needed.
Incident Management:
Respond to and manage production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Document and track incidents, resolutions, and root cause analysis. Work with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and reduce future incidents. Essential Functions
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to xe2x80x9croll up your sleevesxe2x80x9d and work to create timely solutions and resolutions, to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues.
Provide support to end-users by addressing application-related queries and issues
Conduct user training sessions as needed to improve user proficiency with the applications.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET and SQL development and support.

Share / spread knowledge with team members as well as internal.
Pro-active in maintaining and increasing the teams and your own technical knowledge.
Primary External Interactions
Communicate with onshore stakeholders & Executive Team Members.
Client and stake holder Interactions to better understand expectations & streamline solutions. If required should be a bridge between the stake holder and the development team.
Skills Technical Skills Required Skills xe2x80x93 Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution NET Framework, .Net Core 6.0+, MVC 5, C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, React, Redux, JSON, jQuery, ORMs(Entity Framework/ NHibernate), Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server 2016+. Skills Nice to Have
Experience in Azure Env, Data Bricks, Support Services.
Expertise in US Healthcare Insurance
Process Specific Skills Delivery Domain Business Domain - US Healthcare Insurance & Payer Analytics Soft Skills Demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining high-volume transactional systems Working Hours General Shift xe2x80x93 12 AM to 9 PM Will be required to extend as per project release needs Education Requirements
