The Assistant Manager - Channel Partner Sales will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. This role involves onboarding new partners, ensuring consistent revenue generation through existing partners, and providing end-to-end support for effective sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure business continuity.
Drive channel partner engagement through regular meetings, training, and support.
Develop strategies to expand market presence through channel networks.
Monitor partner performance and provide timely feedback, guidance, and solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth partner support.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance against targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partner networks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
