Job Purpose: The Job purpose of Shift Incharge - PECVD in cell maintenance is to manage and optimize the PECVD production cluster, overseeing operations, coordinating schedules, and driving improvements in productivity, quality, and safety across multiple units.
Responsibilities:
Specialization in PECVD:

• Provide expert management of PECVD processes, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of PECVD equipment for solar cell production.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of PECVD machines. Ensure adherence to maintenance protocols and best practices.

Breakdown Management:

• Lead the response to major equipment breakdowns, coordinating quick and effective repairs to minimize production disruption. Analyze breakdowns to prevent future occurrences.

RCA (Root Cause Analysis):

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and process issues. Implement corrective actions based on findings to improve machine reliability and performance.

Spare Parts Planning:

• Analyze historical data and predict future spare parts requirements. Collaborate with shift engineers and spare part manager to align inventory levels with operational needs.

Machine Uptime:

• Focus on maximizing machine uptime by overseeing effective maintenance practices, troubleshooting issues promptly, and ensuring that PECVD equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Specialized Tools Knowledge:

• Utilize advanced tools and software for monitoring and maintaining PECVD equipment. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in PECVD processes.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the PECVD maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operation and professional development.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all PECVD operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications in PECVD operations for consistent solar cell performance.

• Shift Engineers within the Cell Maintenance cluster

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.

Work Experience (Range of years):

• 8-12 Years of managerial experience in PECVD operations, overseeing process development, optimization, and strategic planning within solar manufacturing.
