Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities - Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. \xd0\xa5 Achieving sales target and cross selling insurance \xd0\xa5 Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development. \xd0\xa5 Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM. \xd0\xa5 Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. \xd0\xa5 Retaining high performers and replace poor performers \xd0\xa5 Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring that Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner. \xd0\xa5 Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. \xd0\xa5 Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio. \xd0\xa5 Handling customer grievances if any

Required Qualifications and Experience

• \xd0\xa5 Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments

\xd0\xa5 Should have overall knowledge to source from salaried loans business.
\xd0\xa5 Good communication, analytical skills and Channel management skills
\xd0\xa5 Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
\xd0\xa5 Excellent communication skills.
\xd0\xa5 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
\xd0\xa5 Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
\xd0\xa5 Excellent relationship skills.
\xd0\xa5 Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
\xd0\xa5 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
\xd0\xa5 Working knowledge of computers.
