Roles & Responsibilities:

Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to create financial models including MISs to help senior management take tactical and strategic business decisions.

Eligibility Criteria:

CA Fresher/MBA

Excellent analytical and communication skills

MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Fintech/NBFC/Banking articleship experience is a plus but not mandatory

Preparation of monthly MIS for the business unit to help senior management take tactical and strategic business decisions Perform competitive financial analysis from time to time enabling management with deep insights on competition Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to get the required information and business insights Prepare response to management queries as an when required Performing ad-hoc financial analyses as needed

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel Proficient accounting and analytical skills Attention to detail Excellent written, oral communication and inter-personal skills * Strong work-ethics and commitment
