Position Summary :- To develop and grow their Institutional Catering Business by working closely with the Senior team to achieve growth and client retention targets. - This requires prospecting and lead generation to contribute to the development of the sales pipeline in keeping with segment strategySelection Criteria :- Graduate/Masters in Sales & Marketing - 5 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Business Development experience in Corporate Events & Facilities Services- Experience of using a client relationship management system- Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)- Negotiation, Influencing and Interpersonal skills- Basic understanding of the P & L - Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail - thinks ahead and pre-empts possible setbacks and obstacles- Strong interpersonal skills and rigorous attitude to ensuring plans, deadlines are adhered- Strong written and verbal communication skills,- Excellent project management skills- Ready to travel Pan India, if this is the Business requirement. - Ability to work as a team and autonomously- The ability to adapt to meet a frequently changing workplace (ref:updazz.com)
