Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

to lead and grow our Civil Laboratory Services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development within the construction, infrastructure, testing, or engineering sectors and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for our Civil Lab division.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to generate business for the

Civil Lab

services (such as material testing, geotechnical investigation, NDT, and site investigations). Identify and pursue new business opportunities from infrastructure companies, construction contractors, real estate developers, government bodies, consultants, and architects. Meet with clients to understand their testing needs and propose tailored service solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and client support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Maintain CRM and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the civil lab, construction, infrastructure, or materials testing industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong network in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Existing client base in the infrastructure or real estate sector. Experience working with government contracts and tendering processes. Technical understanding of civil lab services such as soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel, and NDT testing.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
