About the Role

Wizpro Group, headquartered in Pune, is hiring an

Assistant Manager - Business Development

for its North India operations based in Noida. The role focuses on promoting

Machine Vision

and

AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture)

solutions for automation and industrial applications across key sectors.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for

Machine Vision

and

AIDC

products such as cameras, sensors, barcode scanners, printers, mobile computers, and RFID systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. Coordinate with technical teams for demonstrations, proof of concepts, and trials. Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and monthly sales reports.

Automotive, FMCG, Packaging, Pharma, Electronics, Logistics, Warehousing, and E-commerce.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechanical).

Candidates must have worked in the engineering or industrial sector.

MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

Applications without relevant technical or industrial background will not be considered.

Experience

5-6 years

of experience in

Business Development or Technical Sales

within

Machine Vision, Industrial Automation, or AIDC

domains. Proven experience dealing with OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of

Machine Vision

and

AIDC

technologies. Experience in

solution-based and consultative selling

. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
