Job Description

Responsible for independently managing the daily operations of a diamond jewellery showroom to drive top-line and bottom-line growth through effective team leadership, product availability, and customer engagement, while ensuring exceptional service, brand compliance, and timely delivery to uphold the brand's luxury image and trust.

A graduate degree in Business, Retail, or a related discipline is preferred, with

3-5 years of

relevant retail experience, including a minimum of

1-3

years in a managerial capacity.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in retail management, preferably within the

luxury

or

jewellery segment

, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage

showroom operations

, inventory, and visual merchandising in alignment with brand standards.

The candidate should be proficient in sales analytics, team training, and cross-functional coordination, with a deep understanding of

premium customer engagement

and market trends.
