Role Details



We currently work with some of the top recruiters of the country (our-partners). We have set up a strong base across India by working with 750+ corporate and are scaling up our model to newer regions. As Assistant Manager - Business Development, your role would primarily be to sign up SMEs over phone and initiating conversations with large clients.



Primary Responsibilities


Closing SMEs over phone Initiating sales conversation over phone calls with prospective large customers Close sales calls on phone wherever possible Client Meetings and final closure of deals

Experience


1 - 3 years of technology product sales (B2B) experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand the client's problems and join the dots of how our solution can help them Maturity and ability to handle stress and demanding client requirements Self driven, persistent, action oriented, quick thinker and goal driven Integrity and professionalism in work
